Many people have asked me if I would do an interview with various YouTuber’s who those people happen to be fans of. I have been getting in touch with YouTuber’s for some time now. Both in the sceptic community and the alt-right community but so far no one with a particularly large platform has replied to my messages, except for Angry Foreigner. Angry Foreigner replied immediately to my video and organised the interview which took place. The interview is available on his channel or I have embedded a copy to my videos page. For his help I am very grateful. However, I have recently been watching those same large platforms on YouTube and have felt some relief that I have heard nothing back from them. A free speech event they named The Kilroy Event, appeared to be disorganized with many of the large platforms choosing to back out after their fans had paid to see them. Also, there seems to be high drams between the two communities with little interest in discussing relevant issues within society. For this reason, I find some of them both distracted from their objectives, either intentionally or unintentionally, and therefore a distraction to their fans. For that reason, I am quite happy to plod on alone in this situation.
It is also worth remembering that some of these men have created a livelihood through bitching and politicising, so it is in their interests to continue that style be that through infighting amongst themselves to maintain viewership. We see these same tactics with the mainstream media and simple reality entertainment shows like Made in Chelsea, the Kardashians et cetera. In the case of YouTuber’s, their professional career might be maintained for a further few years until Brexit takes place and the next US election where they will surely have more material. So yes, what I am saying is that I believe those platforms have hit a wall and for some reason none of them want to provide me with a platform. That is obviously their right to choose how they go about their business and it is their business. And obviously doing an interview with someone who has been through such trauma is a risky factor to take on especially when the mainstream media watches you. However many of you have expressed that you would like to see them speak to me, and admittedly, I had hoped for a discussion with them too.
But with such pointless and irrelevant drama which is being created by some of these YouTube platforms I can't help but wonder whether this is controlled to continue the facade of something happening until something really does happen. This is a tactic the mainstream media use as well. The reason why I think this is because there are huge channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers and they are focused on channels which disagree with them or object to them with tens of thousands of subscribers. So, from my position, for them to sit up and take notice of such small-scale channels when they all admit on online streams that they don't take notice of any small channels whatsoever this seems quite strange to me. High drama is what I call it, like the Kardashians. It could also ensure income and entertainment for those who rely on YouTube for their income.
What happened to me is not high drama but instead a very serious topic. My situation covers very serious areas such as poverty, epilepsy, discrimination, brain surgery and also rape and racism. I believe that it's important to continue the seriousness of these subjects without joining the unnecessary drama. I am not a political minded person and I do not follow any political party with loyalty. But for this reason, I think many cannot relate to me from a political ideology point of view. Understandably it seems to me they want to talk to like-minded people, and it is likely that I am not like minded enough. There was a time when they used to complain that opposing ideologies would not debate them however they appear to refuse to speak to others in the same way. Kind of stuck in their own echo chambers.
Therefore, I think that it's important to make sure I do this by myself so as not to take my eye of the ball and wrap myself up in nonsensical drama. By letting myself get caught up in this kind of drama means that although I may get more views, my point becomes irrelevant to the point of laughable. It is likely also that I will feel immense pride in doing this alone. If in the unlikely circumstances I was offered a spot on a large platform I still believe I would have to ensure that the drama which is ongoing currently, had settled. I do sense that it is constructed drama between the two sides. I do believe that they are just businesses, ensuring they make their rent payments. I do believe it is best for me to steer clear with such a serious subject. I do believe it will be harder than ever before to get my experience heard. But I am determined, and I will cover various subject matters as I try to get my experience heard. I will extend what information I provide on my website so that hopefully it is easier to find. I will likely do reviews of books which I have read and places which I have visited of historical interest and provide some photos, not to mention blog about other areas of interest to me such as writing, psychology, law and history. Hopefully with these extensions (which I hope you understand, and enjoy) my website will be found by more people and my experience likely to be acknowledged. I also intend to concentrate more on my website than YouTube (although while it still allows for my controversial information to be allowed to be seen, it is certainly a necessary platform). I’m concerned our voices will be strangled through social media so I want to ensure my voice does not get strangled through them.
And finally, thank you to everybody who is as determined as I am to get this heard, and who share my story and have supported me through Patreon and PayPal and visit my website every day. You are the people who drive me and without you I would likely go quiet. Thank you.
